Before beginning any work, we always meet personally with a client to learn their needs and objectives and the challenges facing them. We make recommendations and offer solutions tailored to fit each situation. Our approach ranges from one-on-one counseling for start-ups to a team approach that incorporates other necessary professionals (CPA’s, technical experts, etc.) in solving a client’s problem or advancing their litigation.
We have learned that some business owners prefer flat-fee arrangements that are predictable to hourly based fee structures. We are happy to structure our fees and services to meet client preferences.
